I've always had a passion for helping others. Whether it's that shoulder that keeps you in pain or an athlete wanting to perform at their best. I've dedicated myself to understand how the body works with all the various connections we have through movement. Together we find what's working for you and what's not and aim to regain, reintegrate and master those lost parts. My goal is not only get you out of pain today, but keep you out of pain for the days to come.
My bodywork is to see you holistically and identify the movement that is keeping you from being at your best. I use a variety of approaches so that you can perform at your best no matter the task.
